SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

The order will not be complete until confirmed via email.

Domestic: Orders shipped within the United States will be sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.

International: International orders will be sent using U.S. Postal Service Global Priority with tracking.

Alternatively, you may wish to use UPS or FedEX. Please note that there will be a separate charge from UPS and FedEX.

LAVD is NOT responsible for setting their rates.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped through USPS Global Priority without insurance.

Shipping charges are NON – refundable.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

 We gladly accept returns on any item over $60.00 for a store credit. Items $60.00 and under are not returnable.

 Inform us within 2 days of receipt of the item and when we receive the return, we will send you a store credit for the total amount of that item.

 If you don’t see anything that you want now… that’s OK… the credit is good till you want to use it!

 The item needs to be returned in the same great condition – make sure to insure the package on its trip back!

 Sorry – shipping charges are non-refundable.

The LA VINTAGE DOSSIER collection is an accumulation of bona fide, authentic finery that satisfies the acute taste of the most critical vintage shopper.

Each item has been loved, worn and sometimes have slight imperfections.

 

From the myriad of items in our collection there are a multitude of mint with tags, practically new and immaculate frocks that have been hand picked for the online boutique. Occasionally, there will be items that display signs of its age and wear.

 

The following are examples of what we consider acceptable wear and tear:

 

A:  Garment: tiny snags, slight mends / blemishes or a missing labels.

We make every attempt to note any “issues” in our descriptions, but keep in mind: If you’re a perfectionist who can’t stomach wear and tear of any kind, vintage may not be for you!

 

Our opinion? These imperfections enriches and enhances the piece, thus increasing it’s unique flavor.

 

COLOR VARIATION:

The photos displayed on the site may not be a perfect match to the actual item. If so, we make a note of it in the description. In addition, we’ve found that hues vary from monitor to monitor.

We only sell pieces that we LOVE. Our motto is: “WE WON’T SELL WHAT WE WOULDN’T FLAUNT!!!”

EXCELLENT: No visible imperfections or flaws / unworn with original tags

GOOD: Slight issues (minute spot / slight fray)

 

LA VINTAGE DOSSIER is an online boutique providing an eclectic blend of FABULOUS finds adding a perfect twist to your wardrobe. We search to provide vintage items in the best possible condition. Our collection is hand washed, machine washed or dry cleaned and, if necessary, repaired before being sold.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns on any item over $60.00 for store credit. Items $60.00 and under are not returnable. We DO NOT give refunds – LAVD store credit only!

 

Inform us within two days that you want to return the item, and then mail it back to us. When we receive it, we will send you an email notifying you of the amount of your credit. Your credit will be the total purchase price of the item, minus shipping charges. The LAVD credit will not expire and can be used at any time.

 

The item returned must be in the same condition that we mailed it out in – so please make sure to insure the package on its trip back!
